Our simply-designed black halter-style romper can be thought of as a blank canvas upon which you can create the outfit that you want with the addition of chunky jewelry. The bodice is a standard halter-style that ties around the neck with thin spaghetti straps. The shoulders of the wearer are exposed, as is the upper part of the back. The waistline has elastic to help with definition and to securely hold the romper in place at that point, The shorts portion of the romper are moderately full, and have a hemline that ends at the upper leg.
